Lease Terms
We offer a 12 month lease with annual renewals.Pet Policy
We allow pets but have restriction and require with a $300 pet deposit. Pets are limited to 18" shoulder height at full maturity and should not weigh more than 30 pounds at maturity. Tenants are limited to one dog or cat per unit, no more than two birds or one small caged animal per apartment. There is no limit on the number of fish, but the size of the fish tank may not exceed 10 gallons. All cat and dogs must be spayed or neutered and a copy of certificate from a veterinarian must be provided. All pets shall be kept on a leash and under Residents supervision when outside of apartment. We do allow service animals and there is no height or weight limit for them.
