We offer a twelve month lease. Rent is based on 30% of gross adjusted income.

Pet Policy

Ellis Pines Apartments is pet friendly.  We allow one dog or cat per apartment, with an additional $100 security deposit.  Pets will be limited to 18" shoulder height at full maturity.  There is no height limitation for assistance animals (i.e. seeing eye dog).  Dogs should weigh no more than 30 pounds at maturity.  There is no weight limitation for assistance animals.
